Uniting Chemistry Departments across the Island of Ireland for Gender Equality
We are the first EDI Network comprising all HEI Chemical Sciences Departments in Ireland. The role of this Network is to empower a culture of gender equality across the Chemical Sciences in Ireland and enable us to become a beacon within and beyond our institutions by leveraging sectoral experience, building a productive community of practice and collating relevant shared data.

Staff are invited to add a line to their email signature stating there is no obligation to read or reply to out-of-hours emails. 82% of academic and professional-services staff adopted it voluntarily, markedly reducing after-hours pressure across the school.
